Rental Agreement
By booking this vehicle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The renter must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
- A security deposit is required and will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Fuel consumption is the responsibility of the renter.
- Late returns will incur additional charges.
- The vehicle is for authorized use only and cannot be used for illegal purposes.
- NJ Car Rentals is not liable for any injuries or accidents during the rental period.
- Additional drivers must be registered and meet the same requirements.
Add-on Services
- Additional Driver: ₱200 (flat) - Add another authorized driver at no extra cost per day.
- Child Seat: ₱100 (flat) - Safety-certified child seat.
